  • This is an adapted recipe. We often find nice recipes online or in magazines but then we cannot always find the correct ingredients on the island so we improvise a lot. It often leads to some unique new combinations. It sure makes life more exciting. Our family loves creative cooking, it is our thing. *Photo used is not my own, on loan from Unsplash.
