#Mauritius - Doing The Expat Thing

Lamb tjops with veggies and gnocchi

Cooking for 3 people



1 small packet of lamb chops

Salt & Pepper and herbs of choice

1 packet of gnocchi

1 packet of kale and broccoli

1 packet of small sweet peppers

1/2 packet of mushrooms



Place chops in oven and bake until cooked, grill for last few minutes

Fry the mushrooms and small sweet peppers with the kale & broccoli until cooked

Tonight I cooked the gnocchi in oil to make it crispy and the kids liked it better than cooked in boiling water as it resembled potato nuggets
