Cooking for 3

  • 6 chicken fillets
    butternut -cubed
    1 onion -chopped
    pinapple – cubed
    sweet peppers
    1 brinjal -cubed
  • olive oil
  • salt & balsamic vinegar, pepper and herbs
  • sesame seeds



  1. put all vegetables in roasting pan – dribble with oil, salt and some balsamic vinegar – roast in oven at 180 degrees celcius until cooked
  2. Fry the chicken fillets in some olive oil with salt, pepper and some herbs and sesame seeds until chicken is cooked through – sesame seeds covering the fillets
  3. make cous-cous according to instructions on packet
  4. Serve!
